The playground clean up scheduled for this Saturday (May 2) has been rescheduled to next Saturday (May 9). The rain has saturated the wooden playground equipment so much that it will not be dry enough to accept the stain.

Please join us on Saturday the 9th to help clean up the playground!

Perry County United for Change will host it's first service project on May 2, 2009 at 7:00AM. We will be staining and doing general maintenance on the playground at Joe Schaefer Park located on 30th Street in Tell City, Indiana. Were asking for as many volunteers as possible. All supplies will be provided. Let's unite for this one day to make a difference for the children in our community. Rainout date is May 9, 2009 at 7:00AM

Jema and Brandi have teamed up to create a new organization to move us forward in promoting President Obama's agenda. Please join us as we take this next step to making real CHANGE for our community and nation. This group is designed to keep us involved and also to serve our community as President Obama has called on us to do. We will discuss the future of this group and also upcoming events. Be thinking about any service projects or needs that would benefit Perry County. If you know someone who would like be involved please forward this to them. Everyone - democrats and republicans - are encouraged to attend.
